Located in Bountiful by Lakeview Hospital, we provide comprehensive health services to residents and families in Northern Utah. This site is provided as a convenience to our current patients. It also gives an overview of our practice to prospective patients. Please make yourself at home. Now located in the Medical Arts Building west of Lakeview Hospital we are even better equiped to meet your needs. Amenities include 8,000 square feet of office space, large new exam rooms, paperless electronic charting, on site labs, X-ray, immunizations including flu shots, same day scheduling, and the quality care that you have come to expect. Webview gives individual patients secure access to their own medical records 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The website is https://webview.mckesson.com/copefamilymedicine Your account needs to be set up from the Clinic prior to you being able to access your chart. Be sure to check your junk-mail and allow e-mail from Webview@mckesson.com. From Webview you will be able to: - See you own medical records whenever you would like. - Send a message requesting an appointment. (Our staff will call or message back to confirm a time.) - Send a message to clinic staff - Get e-mail notification of messages available in webview (such as to notify you of new test results.) | |||||
